With very few exceptions, Micky Roof Jewelers is unable to allow any refund, exchange, or cancellation on specially ordered, altered, or custom merchandise. We will absolutely make every possible effort to assure your satisfaction; however, once any special order is placed, it must be considered final.
We are unable to accept credit cards for international orders, which must be paid by certified check. Payment by certified check is acceptable for all orders; however, your order will not be placed until your check, payable to Micky Roof Jewelers, clears our bank.
